The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.
The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.
At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
The entire experience in Turkish business class was superb. From the friendly greetings including the chef, to the polite and classy service, all was wonderful. The in flight entertainment is one of the best. The food was the best I’ve had inflight.
Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat
The flight was delayed both legs of the journey. The seats were cramped.
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.
Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.
I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.
This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!
They were hand searching carry on luggage at the gate and I got hand patted down and wanded. We had been through security screenings twice already.. What was up with that? I had to remove iPad and Kindle from the cases too. Otherwise everything else was excellent. Would fly Turkish airlines again.
