Put me on standby; flight was late; missed my connecting flight; disaster

Flight attendants were fine, seats a bit hard but I use a cushion for extra support. The only issue was it was a bit too cool and I needed to ask for and received and extra blanket. I survived!!!

Very few things and/or people are excellent. It was very good.

Extremely uncomfortable seats. Experience was like a Frontier Airlines flight. Would not fly it again.

Very, very tight legroom. They must’ve jammed in an additional few rows of seat seating. Denver to Munich was the least legroom I’ve ever had on any flight, let alone a multi hour international journey. I will not take that flight again.

Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.

Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

Food choices limited & not enticing Seats quite uncomfortable & difficult to control

Definitely get premium economy on a flight this long if you can. Your legs and while body will thank you.

I upgraded to the business class cabin. It was the poorest business class I have ever experienced. No access to any business lounge in Tampa airport. Seats are not comfortable. I had a window seat and had to step/crawl over the next seat. Food was mediocre and service below average for business class. Bathroom location was ridiculous. No place to wait. I cannot believe I paid this kind of money and will never fly Lufthansa Discover again. They really should reimburse me somehow.

Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds

Crew was very responsive to give soft drinks etc.. At Frankfurt Airport Special Assistance did a great job for us. The seat cushions were simply bad and not up to the mark for Premium Economy which we chose. All the cushions from Business to Economy were poor. Also, any snack besides lunch and breakfast, you have to purchase including chips and chocolate. It is simply cheap. I don't think I will fly Condor anytime soon

The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.

The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.

They answer the phone promptly. Crew is friendly and they work efficiently.

I flew premium economy. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom. I am 6’2 I. Tried to rush my teeth in there and ended up getting toothpaste and water in my pants. And the only way to do it was by sitting on the toilet

My flight was delayed twice. It finally left 24 hours later. In addition there were conflicting messages between kayak and condor that made the experience worse.
