OK, would prefer some meat for dinner, not just pasta although was tasty. There was only one dish, no choices

Accommodate the passangers at the gates. They only allow groups 1-3 to sit near/at the gate. We had to wait 3 HRs an had to look for a seat far away from the gate. Other than that was like other Airports.

It was a great experience. The aircraft is a bit dated but other than that it was great.

Booked economy. Seat felt like it was a bit more roomy than my last trans Atlantic flights. I had a nice person sitting next to me. Everything was as good as it could be considering you are 35,000 feet up in the air and in a metal container. Beers, wine, food were all readily available. Plenty of movies and shows to watch. Friendly flight staff

We were delayed three hours from Montenegro to Vienna on our outbound flight and then rebooked an extra leg on our trip to the US. Our bags, which Austrian made us check in in Montenegro even though the flight was barely half full, didn't find us for ten days. Then, when we asked for compensation for the delay we were given the runaround that the flight originated outside of the EU. Next time we fly Turkish Air.

Most of the crew members were rude, flight arrived late and we missed our connecting flight, they damaged my friends suitcase so badly that two wheels had been destroyed.

Loved the courtesy and punctuality. Very professional and most importantly on time.

My layover in Vienna was supposed to be 35 minutes but because my flight was canceled I had to wait in the airport for an additional 8 hours.

Very limited legroom in a 10 hour flight.very old plane.

The flight was delayed for 30 minutes with no apparent reason. There is no entertainment at all, and no USB or electric outlets for charging your phone or tablet.

The breakfast snack was horrible. No nutrition value. I couldn't finish it. The main meal had no taste, no real vegetable, the brownie had no chocolate taste., I was not even sure what the salad consists off.

Breakfast was terrible. Sugary yogurt, inferior pastry, poor quality fruits. No protein.

Our connection in Frankfurt was the worst ever. No one from the airline or the airport seemed to be bothered to get us into our connecting flight on time! The procedures at the airport took us forever and we barely made it into our flight. If we had missed it, I’m sure we would’ve missed our cruise. Looks like everything is on autopilot and no one is interested in helping customers anymore especially us 69 year olds

Crew was very responsive to give soft drinks etc.. At Frankfurt Airport Special Assistance did a great job for us. The seat cushions were simply bad and not up to the mark for Premium Economy which we chose. All the cushions from Business to Economy were poor. Also, any snack besides lunch and breakfast, you have to purchase including chips and chocolate. It is simply cheap. I don't think I will fly Condor anytime soon

The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.

Planes are new and clean and staff is attentive. Food wasn't great and chair cushions were very uncomfortable for long haul flights.

The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.

They answer the phone promptly. Crew is friendly and they work efficiently.
