Received an email a few hours before boarding that wifi and seatback entertainment would not be available. There was no explanation for this. We were served 1 x 20 gram granola bar as a snack (not even a full granola bar) which was really embarrassing. The crew was lovely (none of this was their fault) and the flight was successful, but the aircraft itself was falling apart on the inside. Overhead comfort control panels were worn and some were hanging out and non functional, This aircraft needs to be upgraded.

Didn’t make it on the flight. Delayed then had to be rebooked, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for another 8 hours before next flight

Just fine, got me from point a to point b, nothing to complain about.

No TV on the flight. The charging outlet was not working. No food, even a sandwich. The served orange was poor quality.

I liked that the staff members at the airport were helpful and very pleasant to work with. Flight crew were also a great crew who were helpful and I was happy for their help boarding. Overall a pleasant trip home.

Business class seats were quite old. Flight departure was delayed . Food service was good

The pretzels were rather dry and dusty. I do appreciate having a choice between sweet and savory snack.

Staff were very friendly. Plane left on time and arrived on time.

Selected seats 5 months prior to date. Had email confirmation and seats were not honoured. Family did not sit together

Fantastic dinner! The chicken with the coconut rice was amazingly good! Excellent service!
