Other than the airline changing my aisle seat to a middle row, all else went well.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA
premium economy is expensive but worth it for the comfort and food on a long flight
The counter person at the gate was rude and demeaning, to the point that I wouldn't fly this airline again.
In Barcelona had to descend from the aircraft down the steps with heavy bags, and then get on a crowded bus to the terminal
We couldn’t take the direct flight back home in Florida because the flight in Palermo was delayed flor long time and keep us inside the cabin without moving the plane. The plane from Munich to Orlando was still there when we arrived to the gate but they said it was late for us to board the plane. We rushed the most to get there. It was a bad experience and got back exhausted and with pain in all muy body. We are seniors 72 and for us was very bad
Not the greatest. The staff was unpleasant and we had delays. The boarding was done out of order.

Very kind Lufthansa agent somehow gave us all no charge extra business class seats and helped us get home rested and happy.
The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
Everything is poor, 1st of all American Air should fix the flight schedule, I never reach my destination ever on time,
The seatbelt light was on the whole trip - inconvenient but also unsafe. I was told to keep the window blind down the whole trip though I specifically paid for a window seat to be able to....see out the window. It was also two hours late causing me to miss my connection.

We departed early and arrived early The plane was clean and the crew was incredibly efficient another positive experience with American airlines for me.
Boarding is always an ordeal. Less dogs on flights. I am highly allergic to dogs and cats. Why are there so many animals these days?
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
We arrived 4 hours early and still almost missed the flight because they weren’t able to access one of the boarding tickets. They then sent hour bags late and we were all of our without clothing and eventually had to take an expensive cab back and forth to the airport as they wouldn’t deliver the bag which arrived late at night that day and we would have to wait until noon the began day (messing up a second day of plans). Also, all the food has dairy or pork. No vegan or even vegetarian option in the flight—even for purchase.
I wish American Airlines would change the airline industry by loading the plane back to front instead of front to back. Planes would board so much more smoothly and quickly.
The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.
Everything was very good EXCEPT the food, on a five and a half hour trip. They only gave to us was snacks in first class. They didn't give us pillows or blankets.
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!
Check in needed to be in person, not nice. Also I won’t do connections in Charlotte again because you need to go through security again and short connections become a problem
Chairs do not recline. Finished the trip with an aching back.
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience
Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. It’s comparable to flying Spirit Airlines or Frontier airlines in America. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are. We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water.
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
Check-in process was unclear, leaving us uncertain about a lot of things, crew was not very friendly and welcoming.
