Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.
There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ
One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks
Seats actually fit a human! Snack options were a bit lame but that’s ok
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
The flight was canceled. I couldn't get on another flight. Meal voucher wouldn't work. The whole experience was a clusterfuck.
Food was not great. Small seating area for business class
United was excellent. We had very good experience flying the carrier. Certainly. We will opt to fly them for sure. Lufthansa is out.

There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
IT issues created a mess had you change my flight and your system never changed it
Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.
Flight was delayed. Staff at the gate effectively and proactively communicated about the delay.
Not sure the logic of the boarding in Groups. I was loaded first on the aisle. Then the guy in the middle. Then the guy by the window. Constantly holding up the other people boarding behind them with us blocking the aisle and this happened in most of the other rows
The new seating in BC was a joy. My vegetarian pasta dish was excellent, very creative. The chicken potpie was ..... The crew was extremely focused and impersonal, but everything worked.
More room. International flight - by the time you put your purse and shoes under the seat in front of you, add in the pillow and blanket they give you- makes for tight fit.
American dropped the ball on this flight. It was canceled after waiting on the tarmac for 6 hours. American airline was so greedy that they open the door after close, delayed our flight then caused the pilot to over 14 hours limit if they were to fly to Phoenix. So more delays and finally flight canceled. Horrible experience with American Airline in Philadelphia.
Baggage claim took too long and priority bags were not delivered first.
Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…
Terrible Ticketing and Check in process. I learned that AA unilaterally cancelled my premium seating from PHL to CLT and from CLT to JAN. They did, however, refund my money, but my seating was subsequently severely downgraded. They didn’t have a seat for my unless I paid for it! Not cool! Consequently, Check-in took 45 min. AA is usually great, but this was my worst experience with AA ever. Appalling they they arbitrarily cancel my seats threatening loss of flight if I didn’t pay for a seat!!!! -John
Everything was on time and easy. Food in business class was great. There was no entertainment on board, though with business class you could get free internet, but so spotty it wasn't worthwhile.
They could have provided more than a premade mass produced tina sandwich for a 10 hour delay and/or had something available on oars other than potat chips once we boarded. They also could have not lost our luggage. Or barring that, at least foled a claim for us once we landed. Instead all of those things happened and they told us if we wanted to file a claim to do so online. I laid for business class for both of us. What an incredible waste of money.
It wasn’t great because the third-party from Kayak there was just no information about how to check in with Vueling. And the purchase of the ticket from under pricer just made everything really difficult. I’m unlikely to use Kayak again for these reasons.
This is where i leave an airline review. Test test test!
Chairs do not recline. Finished the trip with an aching back.
business class food was pretty average otherwise it was a good experience

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.
All went smoothly, no problems; friendly crew. I would have appreciated a head pillow ;)
Never made this flight it was unconfirmed by Iberia according to American Airlines This trip was a total nightmare, got to the airport in Wed March 8th after confirming all flights, only to be told by American Airlines that we are not confirmed on the flight. We met a pretty rude and unhelpful AA check in agent by the name of Ali. American said it was not their problem, contact Kayak/Chatdeal and sort out your issue.Chatdeal said all flights were confirmed and it is the airlines fault. So it went, we were kicked between American, Kayak and Iberia spending hrs on the phone- all said it is not their fault.Spent 9 hrs in the airport on Wed 15th trying to sort out. Luckily, we met a really nice AA agent Shawnna G who went way beyond the call of.duty to help us out. We were put the next day on Thurs 16th from DfW to San Paulo Brazil the onto Madrid!! Imagine that..10000 miles and 20hrs of travelling to get to Madrid from Dallas!! Our trip took 3 days to get there ..Wed 8th Thurs 9th and Fri 10th.Got there on Sat 11th, so lost 2 days of our vacation and a lot of emotional and physical stress on our 2 kids travelling with us.
