My return flight to Honolulu (UA 1170) was on a 777-200. I’d forgotten the weird seating arrangement in first-class (2-2-2); I was in 1B, so I faced the passenger in 1C. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the flight computer, so we left LA an hour late (6:05pm). The meal I chose was Korean BBQ Glazed short rib. It was served with a nice salad and fried rice. This meal was better than breakfast on the outgoing leg. All in all, a decent flying experience. Ratings: 777: 3.75, food: 3.5, service: 5 (out of 5).

United to needs to use their best planes for long flights like Guam to Hawaii with STARLINK on it

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.

The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.

Plane seemed dated and things like overhead compartments and bathroom cabinets had difficulty keeping closed.
