The staff on the flight were utterly brilliant; there was a young man who was particularly exceptional. Boarding was quick and seamless, and service was great! Seats were fab, as was the entertainment and its ease of access

i’m The staff on my flight were amazing as always, beautiful professional staff, they do amazing job. the food ? room for improvement

The agents at the boarding desk were not very helpful, however the hostesses on board the flight were great, the food was ok, and there were lots for choices for entertainment. I was stuck in an middle row seat which was a pain on a full flight, but otherwise the flight was great.

The man in front of me reclined the entire flight, including during meals, which was aggravating. My screen had issues with brightness and kept flickering in and out.

Very helpful staff especially when helping with the missing baggage

Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Attendants collecting trash were somewhat inattentive though.

Terrible. So upset either way this flight. We scrambled to make it as it was delayed an hour.

Great customer service. Frequent updates from the pilot. Smooth flight. Good entertainment. Meal service.

Both flights were delayed due to maintenance issues. Because they where late boarding all four of our bags where left behind on our last connecting flight.

Staff are so nice and friendly, plane was very clean and plenty of leg room
