No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever had on any flight. Otherwise, the flight is OK - just your regular transatlantic economy. Condor should stop saving pennies on meals. They save a penny, lose a dollar.
Flight delayed with no explanation. Boarding was confused (proceed to plane, go back to waiting area).
Despite the booked seats in front of the land we were moved to the back of the plane even first like 8 lines were totally without pasangers. When I tried to sit on empty seat flight attendant asked me to go to my dedicated seat in the fully crowded back of the plane. She was not able to explain why. Food was very poor on flight LAX - VIE.

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
I paid for carry-on bag, but they did not let me take it on board, persuaded to check it in because the flight was full. I agreed to help them out, and they mixed up tag numbers and my bag got lost. I had very valuable things in there, and my whole vacation experience was ruined. I even asked the boarding assistant why the tag number was different from the assigned one, but they assured me it was alright and the bag will arrive to my destination. Nothing arrived of course. Incompetence of boarding assistants cost me the loss of all my things.
Management and staff att viena wasn’t professional,and they are not good by how to communicate and solve the problem, I was shocked , as I know Austrian airlines was amusing Thank you

Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

The Zurich airport is a disaster with to small trains running between the terminals, the trains was overfilled (not good in Corona times). It was no directions in the airport with proper lines so you did not know if you ere standing in the right line. They checked your passport 3 times in the airport = a lot of standing in line. Service on the plane could be a lot better, The cabin crew could have offer more to drink (water, coffee, tea), the food sucked.
Flight was delayed for 4 hours and they misplaced my luggage too. Appalling.
Crew took my carry on and checked it in; turned out to be a blessing; however the luggage was delayed at my final destination; receiving it 36 hours later. Thought, we'd get, at least water; but the Swiss chocolate was delicious. Thanks.

Excellent experience with business class area. Staff was attentive and food was amazing. Only one bathroom for business class which was logistically difficult for the staff while preparing meals. Need to offer fluids with meals. I did not get enough water to drink. But overall I rate it 5 star.
it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.

Overall it was good. Food was bad. I ordered gluten free vegetarian meal. But I got gluten free chicken for my long flight from Seattle to Istanbul. I don’t eat any kind of meat. Second meal I got eggplant with meat which I couldn’t eat. I don’t understand why we can’t get gluten free vegetarian meal for a 12 hour flight. I eat the bread and that was it.
The trip had a 19 hour layover, and no hotel accommodation was provided. This a shame for an airline to do to their customers. I will not only stop flying with Turkish Airlines, I will make sure anyone I know avoid Turkish Airlines because of how lousy their layover system is.
Old aircraft, very very low business class standards, no privacy between the seats, horrible old TVs, tiny bathrooms.
It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.
They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.
Qatar screwed up by delaying our onward journey for refueling, which resulted in missing our connecting flight to India. the airport qater staff at Doha, herded us like cattle in a very incohesive and uncoordinated way. We were then given 2 options: either catch our original flight the Next day ( After 24.hrs) or catch 2 flights instead , to goto our destination in India. All this, for paying a premium for Qatar.
Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.
Bus from gate to plane waited more than 30 minutes in a freezing temperatures of a/c. Plane temperature was very cold .

I liked the professional service that began with the information and continued with boarding and the service on board. I recommend you to use the late-night checkin the day before your flight. It made traveling so much better and more pleasant.
Forced gate checking of a soft sided rucksack while allowing hard sided cases on the plane when claiming there was limited room was a bit of a joke. The boarding was a free for all with business classes not getting priority and the food was pretty bland and cold (KLM can do a hot meal on shorter European flights). For a National carrier operating from a home base I expected better. Flight was delayed in both Berlin and Munich and due to the delays I missed my ground connection costing me another £80. Had my bag not been gate checked by a overzealous gate agent doing selective enforcement for non Germans then I would have easily made the connection even with the flight delays. Think I will avoid star alliance in the future and stick to sky team or one world.
I fly to Germany every year and prefer the most direct flight routes. Lufthansa offers this route, allowing me to fly from my home airport directly to Germany. The food and service were excellent. The staff was most accommodating, very professional, and friendly. The only issue I did not care for was the seating arrangement. I fly business and did not appreciate the configuration of the business class. Understandably, you will always have someone seated next to you, but then install a separation screen to allow for a little more privacy. United and British Airways are miles ahead in creating a more personal space. Lufthansa should do better.
Premium Economy was very comfortable. Flight staff was cheerful and helpful.
Not enough time between connecting flights. We had to run through the Frankfurt airport and nearly missed our flight to the US. Extremely tight seating in Economy. No room and I'm not a large person. Please prevent any seats from reclining so my kneecaps are not destroyed again. Entertainment system touch screen did not recognize inputs. Seemed to be a problem for many. Crew were very nice and the food was not bad.
I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.
I was not seated with my husband despite paying to choose seats. My luggage was not put on the plane so didn't get it for 3 days.

Staff and crew were very helpful. I wish there was less delays on the flights that made it stressful for the connecting flights.
