Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Ryan air flight was good. Nothing to complain about. I had heard absolute horror stories about Ryan air so was worried about the flight but everything went smoothly. We have had two Ryan air flights with no problems. Last flight is Vernon come. Palermo to Milan. Fingers crossed.
ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.
Boarding was fast and efficient. The crew was super friendly. Since it’s a budget airline and it’s a short flight, I can’t expect food or entertainment.
If you buy a cabin luggage, but don’t need it for your kids, so you will end up with mixed priorities. And you will need to use non priority line

East check in and security. They are always delayed though. ALWAYS!
Amazed at huge number of people who hadn’t booked cabin bags with big troller cases and rucksacks, not being stopped, what’s the point in following rules or paying more if you don't have to bother?
The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.
Boarding process makes no sense for priority boarding or not since everyone gets crammed in a bus and everyone gets out without any difference.
It was a good flight , only problem they left my Koffer at Frankfort and it took another 24 hours to get it at Leipzig that was my final destination
Our Lufthansa flight MUC to IAD was cancelled 90 minutes after boarding requiring a night in Munich. Nightmare.
The flight was 6 hours delayed, making me late to connecting flight. To make things worse, the hotel provided for 1 night stay due to losing a flight was unsanitary for human stay. Food was: old bread with pasta that seemed to have had canned tuna added to it and some kind of soup. Absolutely horrible experience.
I never made it to Rome, therefore I never made it to the Lufthansa flight. Air Canada cancelled its flight out of Raleigh Durham, I missed the connecting flight out of Toronto and after other airline mishaps took place and I had to give up getting to Rome and dissappointing the friends and family waiting for e in Rome. I am currently trying to get reimbursed.
The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
Crew could have been more helpful in helping to find location to store luggage in overhead bins in order to expedite seating. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable.. Other than that it was a standard flight.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
Flight attendant was very rude helping me out. Food was discussing did not eat any of it.
Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed
The seats do not recline and are very hard on the back. But it was only a 1 and a half hour flight and the crew are very nice and attentive so it’s ok
My flight was delayed and my second flight missed despite a three hour connection in Düsseldorf. My luggage was lost and it took three hours to recover which was actually unfortunately very much barely possible. I needed to rebook a flight that was three times the original cost of the original flight which now I need to go back and recover from the airline. Terrible experience,

Delay after delay: no information besides what my Kayak app provided was provided about the delays. The plane was at the gate. Also, the gate, 100A, was incredibly warm, and the sun was beaming in. Boarding was disorganized with no groups announced.
Kayak - EDreams - Eurowings need to define clearer the hand luggage terms. I asked for add. hang luggage got charged by Eurowings for having add. hand luggage that was not included in my booking. I travel alot! I know the size dimensions never paid twice for hand luggage and cannot chase Edreams or put Eurowings in the wrong. Also there was severe delays on this flight. Issue getting bus on arrival and missed connections. Unfortunate will not use Eurowings
No food on plane.. flights scheduled 55 min..everything is very expensive on aeroport
Filthy plane, obviously not cleaned properly between flights, food crumbles in seat and carpet
Smallest seat I have ever seen. And they had a label with more Legroom but in fact where really tiny.
No cancellations but one flight delayed due to arrival airport industrial action. Comfortable
I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.
