I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

The temperature on the flight was unbearably hot and they were unable to serve waters and did t make any adjustments. This impacted us both when leaving, we pushed away from the gate but didn’t taxi for takeoff for awhile then arrived ‘early’ yet were stuck in the plane for longer than we should have been.
The crew performed the absolute minimum. The plane ran out of toilet paper and there was 2 hours of flight left of an 8 hours international flight. The food was a average
Delayed, then set on termac before taking off for 45 minutes. After landing had to sit on termac for another 30-40 minutes. Total disaster of a flight
Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best
The flights were on time; all went as expected which is a big positive! No delays! There was no food or drink service in any legs, which I understand due to the short flight time.
They announced a mechanical issue prior to boarding Said it was fixed, we boarded Waited Then learned it was not fixed Had to deplane and go to new gate Bought wifi on plane and it never worked
Delta off boarded and boarded the aircraft quickly. Clean cabin and great gate and onboard service.
WiFi was not working. Flight was delayed in Paris as luggage needed to be removed from the plane that didn’t match a passenger on board. Upon arrival in Detroit the plane couldn’t get to the gate as the pilot turned onto a runway with construction in progress . We waited to be towed back onto the runway. We were almost an hour late causing many passengers to miss their connecting flights.
The internet that was free was terrible, the turbulence was pretty bad - uncontrollable I know.
That was the last time I booked Kayak. The connecting flight got canceled and the trouble shooting terrible. Next times, I will book the airlines directly. Good bye
I want to highlight the crew members and their excellent work and professionalism. They work hard to make a long trip the most comfortable as possible, the food and drinks they offer are pretty good. And they are always asking if you need something else. I have had experiences with other airlines where you have to basically beg for a bottle of water. This is not the case. Highly recommended!!!
Airline food is airline food, but the plane was wonderful and the seating comfort outstanding. One of my best flights in quite a while.
Everything went well. I will fly with Lufthansa again. And use Kayak whenever I book flights
The food not that great. Did not like the fact that we could not purchase upgrade at the airport
The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.
In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.
+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.
Delay with the flight with one day later, and then from Frankfurt 11 h delay, this is unacceptable, what a shame
Boarding this big airplane by bus is crazy. Frankfurt airport has super long lines
