Check in, was fine, boarding was good, we left on time, punctual flight, aircraft condition was also good, Boeing 737-600 , all went well, I did not expect more or any better

Flight changed and cancelled several times over the months in advance that I booked it. However, actual flight went well, no delays, spacious seats. Had some landing issues but otherwise, fine. Also loved that they don’t check weight of luggage!

Seats are disaster, not comfortable at all. With my height 183 cm there were no space for my legs... The airplane was Turkish airlines and no entertainment on board.

Bad. Cancelled and delayed flight. Payed 25£ for seat but got just normal one. No one refunded the money.

Online checkin didnt work because of technical issues so we were assigned a set of last row seats and my wife got a seat far away from us. Our seats didnt recline and were noisy next to the restrooms for young kids. Really disappointed with the experience.

Couldn’t take this flight and 2nd flight in the trip was cancelled.

Fight kept delaying, didn’t land till 10pm, after custom etc. it’s after 11pm. This leaves limited options but to take expensive taxi, then driver demands for more $$ Flight offers absolutely nothing, not even water

Late flight, lost luggage, no customer representative or online tracking luggage

Terrible flight mainly due to the emergency landing caused by a tyre blow out on take off and late landing at Gatwick which was rough and then once we stopped we weee surrounded by emergency services. Nobody informed us of what was happening and we were all scared due to the smell of aviation fuel throughout the cockpit. When we eventually got off the flight with the help of the emergency services we boarded buses that took us to the arrivals area where we waited over 3 hours for our baggage. Poor communication throughout and was left feeling shaken and distressed. Never flying with sunexpress again.

Sat in line to check in for 3 hours because this prehistoric airline doesn’t allow for online checkin.

Bad check-in. No online check in available. Family wasn’t seated together.

Disorganized service and aging equipment paired with inexperienced personnel. This was not what my husband and I paid for.

Long lines to check in at 5 am on October 22 and no nowhere to sit at Izmir airport waiting for the Munich bound flight ticket check in to open.

It was really hot whole the time during the flight
