Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

Paid seats changed yet again. Put in seats I would never choose. Paid seats that are changed should be refunded. AC constantly does this! .
Purchased a direct flight which air Canada then sold to Aeroméxico. Flight went from 6.5hr direct to 12 hr with 3 hour layover.
The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.
Smooth on-time flight but NO AC in the middle of the cabin. Business Class and the rear of the cabin were too cold but mid-cabin was stuffy and hot with virtually no air coming out of the ducts. Made for a very long and uncomfortable flight.
Great check in process in LA and good service The check in process as well as at the gate is way better in the US versus canada 🇨🇦
The cabin crew and entertainment options were great, but the food was really bad.
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The internet connection was perfect, and the updated entertainment systems that allow me to connect my Bluetooth earbuds was excellent
Not to out myself as both a child at heart and kind of a terrible person, but the Pokémon safety video was the first time I watched an airplane safety video in like a decade. It was ADORABLE!! A great way to encourage attention from young and old alike.
They only checked us in 30 mins before the flight leaving us a very short time to go through security and getting to the gate And last but not least - My luggage has not arrived to my destination
