Air Canada was delayed on the initial flight causing us to be put on another flight that took us to a different airport that did not have our connecting flight. We had to rebook the flight from Tokyo to Bangkok when we arrived after clearing customs. We spent and additional 8 hours because of this. Return flight was also delayed on departure but we were able to make or connecting flight in Tokyo. The business seats need improvement, the seats are a bit hard for such a long flight.

The trip was very smooth; the seat was quite comfortable, and the food was excellent and tasty.
We ran into trouble in Montreal. Exited the plane and Air Canada was excellent getting everyone quickly to their destinations. I give Air Canada a 100%.
I was notified 8 hours before that my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and they would let me know when they put me on a new flight. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours and was never notified and had to log into the app to find out I was put on a new flight. First time flying with air Canada and won’t fly with them again.
Air Canada changed this flight from July 6th to July 16th without sending ANY notification. This was not discovered until arrival at the airport. We then had to spend 6 hours on the phone with JustFly to get rebooked on a different airline. No explanation given.
The flight was delayed and we would have missed our connection. We had to switch to a different airline in another airport
3rd time in a row on an international flight a massive delay. Third time in a row on an international flight that Air Canada rebooks the missed flight for the next day, third time in a row I have to start a fight with Air Canada to get the money back they should pay me back for the inability of this airline to fly on time and do the decent thing
Paid seats changed yet again. Put in seats I would never choose. Paid seats that are changed should be refunded. AC constantly does this! .
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Not much leg room. The person in front of me had her seat reclined throughout the flight— made it very difficult to get up. Staff was excellent and worked very hard.
It would be much improved if the crew didn't force me to ride with my seatback up on an eight hour flight. What’s the point of a reclining seat if you’re forced to sit in the fetal position?
