Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Some better arrangments are to be thought of

It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.

It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife
Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks
The flight from HYD to DOH was delayed by 3 hours and we missed the connection from DOH to MIA. We had to wait 24H more to get the MIA flight. It was a total disaster. If the flight crew had waited 1 more hour to accommodate their 3 hour delayed flight, we would not have lost a whole day !

Very difficult to check in and almost missed flight. No room in seats and had a middle seat. I tried to create an account and check in before to change seat and unable to. I do not understand why I wasn’t on a Qatar flight from on Bengalore to Doha when they left at the same time. Disappointed in the Kayak booking process.

First off, it wasn't clear that my first flight was to be operated by IndiGO. While the flight itself was fine, this meant that my whole initial check in where I would've properly verified my seating on my Qatar flight/requested an upgrade was impeded by the fact that I had to check in with IndiGO. They said I would separately have to go to Qatar counter to deal with second flight leg issues, which was impossible given how long the check in took/no time available to do so.
They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.
I liked the food and services provided. I think the seating should be updated cause it’s to congested for economic class.

The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too

Everything is good and improved and needs to improve economy class seat more specious so long journey we can enjoy and it will be give more relaxable. Overall all services good and safely landed . I enjoyed my journey and all the cabin crew members services very well.
It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.
The legs room was not enough at all. The seats are not comfortable enough for long journey but other than that it was very good

Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
Not good due to rebooking automatically to a connection flight having very long duration due to 1st flight delays. Also seat booking originally paid by us and while rebooking time every family member was given different seats.
Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
I ordered Hindu meal and expecting a vegetarian food. Instead I got Chicken. Also entertainment system was so bad and slow I was never able to use it
I liked crew, always smiling and provided the best services.
Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.
The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY

I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
Seats are too close . Need to make little wider so passenger can sit comfortably
