Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Some better arrangments are to be thought of
Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible
It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.
Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!
It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife
Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks
I was mislead in the booking thinking I was purchasing via kayak however underpricer was the ticket vendor and I did not have access to seat selection, wifi or the lounge at the airport with my business class ticket for this reason. I did know know these issues were going to occur when I bought the ticket, I was very displeased

Crew from ground is great but the aircraft is small and last 3 rows luggage section was occupied by crew so no space for travelers. Food was OK
The cabin crew were kind, helpful, and polite. However, my flight from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight. As a result, my journey was significantly extended, leading to a much longer travel time than originally scheduled.

Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.
Seats were very comfortable and the staff too was very friendly.
Everything is good and improved and needs to improve economy class seat more specious so long journey we can enjoy and it will be give more relaxable. Overall all services good and safely landed . I enjoyed my journey and all the cabin crew members services very well.
It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.
The legs room was not enough at all. The seats are not comfortable enough for long journey but other than that it was very good

Food is terrible, service is not good. Staff were not personable and rushed food service.
Boarding /lounge :Chaotic boarding , business /first class had a dedicated line but it was upto to the passenger to figure out and use those lines .Oasis lounge is clean but tiny so it felt over crowded . Neither the food nor amenities felt business/first class . Cabin and tech : 2-2-2 configuration needs to go . Leg space is cramped , headsets didn’t work . WIFI does exist or didn’t work on the entire 20 hour journey . Food and crew : Preordered “Hindu Non vegetarian” meal , crew was clueless , they didn’t even bother to ask if they weren’t sure what that meant . Served mediocre vegetarian food though menu had chicken /lamb options . In short , worst business class experience of all the airlines I flew to date . Not sure if there is one area they compete in let alone excel … avoid if you can .
Everything was good and no points to complain. Food is always a tricky concept. Sometimes you like it and sometimes you don’t. Food was redundant from Kuwait City to NY-JFK.
Seats were comfortable. Be aware there is no alcohol on this airline.

Everybody was so nice to treat me good all the workers When I came to Bangladesh there was just a little problem with the luggage but I got my luggage it took like two hours Other than that everything is good

Staff was good on flight - helpful and pleasant. Food was good too. Bathroom situation not good - long waits even though we were in Premium Economy. Transit from previous flight was horrendous in Frankfurt! Aircraft taxied forever after landing, bus ride from plane to airport building was forever, then had to take train to Terminal Z, had to walk miles to get to Security Check, lines were unbelievably long, then further walking to gate. Barely made it even though I had a stopover of 1 hour and 40 minutes!
Lufthansa was great, out of my own financial limitations I had to be in economy, it’s really tough on my back for long haul flights
Aircraft felt very old and business class was not as nice as on other airlines. Also 3 of the 4 flights on this trip were delayed.

Lufthansa was horrible for disabled folks. My wife had hell of a time making it to the flight in Frankfurt. The airlines is not at all caring to the disabled. If that were in USA I would have sued the airline for not meeting the disability Act clause. No way we are going to go in Lufthansa again. Hari S Doss
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY

Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
Seats are too close . Need to make little wider so passenger can sit comfortably
