Flight got cancelled for good (apparently due to jet fuel concerns), and we had to re-book to Hannover, Germany instead.

It was crowded… the bathrooms dirty and smelly. The seats have been made even smaller.

I like Turkish airline, but the food sucks. None of my children eat the food, including me, and it was really hot and

short flight but we still got a very nice lunch and the crew did an excellent job in taking care of us

For that price on Business class, I expected to have the pod seats. These were configured as 2/3/2 and my seat mate talked half the flight with a friend across the isle, loudly. Very uncouth.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.

Bad sitting every flight not good experience with food either

I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.
