I liked the proximity to the beach but the rooms are outdated and could be cleaned more throughly. The staff was wonderful and I look forward to next years vacation.

Pros (+) Convenient to beach.
Cons (-) Breakfast food was OK but service was terrible! Wait staff was very inexperienced. Got served the wrong food, long wait for food. Rooms OK, towels in rooms could be better.

Pros (+) 2 pools- right on the beach. Quick walk to jenkinsons boardwalk.
Cons (-) The restaurant wasn't great and the server didn't seem to know the menu. The pools have constant fountains going off that get annoying.

Pros (+) The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was good.
Cons (-) The hot tub was closed, the pool heater was broken and there was no internet. Not a spa/resort experience at all, just another seaside motel.
