Pros (+) Location was convenient.
Cons (-) Checkout was at 11am, we started to pack up at 10:45 and went back to grab our last bags and they had put a lock on our room. We had to get our key reactivated. Also, I had booked through an online company and they printed out a receipt with my name on it, but someone else's credit card and information. No apologies. Breakfast was poor, room was cold and the TV kept turning off.

Cons (-) Checked in after the 2 PM check-in time and was told they were just readying the rooms then. Door was difficult to open since clearance was too low. Deadbolt on door non-operational. Worse issue was the mold in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush enough to empty. Tried to check out the following morning but lobby was locked.
