Pros (+) I needed a room to prepare for a hike in Joshua Tree. The Holiday Inn express was a great value. The location suited my needs. The room was clean.
Cons (-) Holiday Inn Express needs a bit of a facelift - the property is a bit worn - certainly not dirty.........Front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed - could not speak with them - constantly on the phone with more calls coming in.
