Clean small room. Staff woke us at 0700 due to a schedule error on my part. Could have been handled with a phone call to my cell or room phone. Not banging on our door at 0700.

Pros (+) I like the layout of the efficiency suites. Nice to have a separate place with a couch, TV, and little kitchenette area away from the bedroom.
Cons (-) This was supposed to be a 100% smoke free facility. However there were many other guests staying who are clearly smoking in their rooms. On the second floor as soon as I step down to the hallway the smoke smell was very strong. The side door that I was going in and out of often had smoker standing right in front of. There were many cigarette butts all over the ground by several entrances. The hote...

Pros (+) The room was clean and updated. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant which made for a comfortable stay.
Cons (-) Each time I left my room, the key card needed to be reprogrammed.

Pros (+) The room price was reasonable. One problem with booked room was resolved.
Cons (-) The rooms were not as reserved. Problem with getting the rooms that were booked. Price of the rooms pain for were not the ones that were booked. Room wi-fi was unreliable and/or not working.
