Pros (+) Mark is so hospitable, warm and accommodating. He personally picked me up from the last ferry from Tahiti and then took me to a grocery store to buy groceries and food. He's passionate about ensuring his guests are fully taken care of and have the best experience. The houses are very well kept up, and they are so cheap given what you get.
