Cons (-) Drug Deals and use all Night. Kids toys all over the property. BBQ Grills outsid several of the rooms. Constant Noise outside all night. Beds had Queen Size Frames And Box Springs with Twin Mattress on them. Walls Celing needs patches and painting. Some of the wood piles on floor need to be put down as they were missing. The place is a Dump. The Majority of the rooms are rented by the month.
