Pros (+) - Location was 20 minutes from manhattan without traffic. - Price was better than alternatives
Cons (-) - Rooms felt dirty/old. Beds were fine. - cockroach seen near food in breakfast area - couch in room was so used it was practically broken - pretty "ghetto" area - doors were so thin that we would wake up at night when other visitors would talk outside or drive car and unload nearby.

Pros (+) Had a show on Harbour Blvd, and it was 4miles from the hotel. Lots of fast food choices within a minute from the hotel. I will stay again next year, but won't bother with breakfast.
Cons (-) Breakfast not so good. Towels a bit rough, and worn.
