Pros (+) For the amount we paid, it was fine. It was generally clear and the location was great for traveling to Angry Orchard and some of the other places we decided to go to. The staff was generally nice and helpful.
Cons (-) The biggest issues we had were the AC kept going out at night and I had to keep fixing the toilet because it wasn't flushing.
