I was jarred out of bed due to seeing two bugs crawling on the bed next to mine. That evening the hotel confirmed it was bed bugs. However, the next day they went into damage control. While the staff claims that their pest service Ecolab stated the bug was not a bed bug, they quit responding to my requests to be informed of what bug Ecolab did determine was in the during my stay. Pros (+) Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. My coffee creamer had spoiled so the gentleman at the desk gave me a whole cup full of the creamers, and four packets of the coffee.
Cons (-) Everything I didn’t like couldn’t be controlled because of corona, pool closed, no breakfast, no gym, back door parking was closed. Oh and the hall smelled like cigarettes on the 12th floor, at least the room didn’t smell like it.

Cons (-) You pay the extra money for the amenities and there wasn’t any, I got charged 75$ to hold for “incidentals” but there literally weren’t any to be had so I am sure I’ll get that back but come on

Pros (+) I have to say the hotel was very convenient for out trip. There was ample parking at the hitel and there was a shuttle to sesame place ever 5 minutes. We saved on parking at the park. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) I had requested a crib on my reservation. When i checked in at the front desk i asked again. The women said it would be right up. We waited 2 hours bedore we called and we fot the same answer. It wasn't until the third call i made the next day that i recieved the crib.
