The fridge in the room could be bigger. Would have liked a small mini kitchen. I don’t know why there is a resort fee. Never understood that. Why isn’t it part of the price that we pay and there has to be an additional charge. They did not give us credit on all the food we purchased when they said they would every day, but only gave us credit for one day out of three that we spent.

Pros (+) This trip revolves around my kids and to have a gateway for them with their friends. There were plenty of children’s activities.
Cons (-) The hotel is run poorly. The manager did not do a good job running and managing the resort. He had zero hospitality skills and a shame. Ruined our stay.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the movie theater. It was small with regular chairs and bean bags. We sat on the bean bags.
