This was my second time staying here. I wasn't pleased with my first booking but decided to give it a try once again because of the location to my son's place in Washington Heights. Pros (+) The location of this hotel was great. Had great access to the city and the highways to get to other places.
Cons (-) The staff was the worst I have ever seen. They were completely useless and had no idea what customer service was. Not only that, be careful with you information. We have them give us a piece of scratch paper with a phone number on it for a restaurant and on the other side was someone's full credit card number and expiration date! That was after he told us to google restaurants... Seriously?
