The experience was perfectly fine; nothing stuck out as particularly great or terrible. But on a couple occasions the housekeeping service was incomplete, e.g. towels would be changed but the garbage wouldn't be emptied. Not a big deal, but it seemed a bit strange. On the other hand, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating every time I had to interact with them.
