Pros (+) Location of the hotel
Cons (-) Windows must be changed, the air conditioning suystemnmust be changed it makes too much noise, the carpet has to be changed, it is too old and full of dust. The sofa in the toom is old and had stains on it.

Cons (-) I stayed on a weekend night and was placed on a floor with a large wedding block. The wedding party was incredibly loud and the hotel staff could not seem do anything about it. While I can't fault the hotel for the behavior of the guests, I can fault them for their lack of response and follow up to my concerns.
