Compact SUV

When a line formed at pickup, another agent jumped in and took care of me. Gave me a choice of vehicles, both of which were newer, in very good shape. Almost no wait. Super easy drop off too.

I purchased insurance for $13/day with Kayak. They said they couldn’t bill me for it. The rate at Hertz was $25/day. I’m disappointed that was a difference of $36!

I didn't like that they didn't have the car I rented or any electric. The trip cost me $50 more because I would have been able to charge the electric very inexpensively at my house. I had to have a gas car. It was nice of them giving me a slightly better car but I didn't like that it didn't have windows I could put down if I wanted.

They did not have a car available in the class I selected. They charged me the upgrade difference for something that I did not have because they did not have cars. She blamed on me arriving early, but I was only 45 minutes early because our flight arrived early.

Car was dirty exterior and interior, I was lied to, and the car smelled like wet dog when the ac was on. Customer service by phone was non existent. Worse experience ever. Never use Budget again!

Pick-up truck

You rented me a truck they did not have. I needed a truck bed to move a couch. I has to scramble and waste time to get a replacement. I spent more time and money, all because I relied on your reservation. Had I not, I could have easily gotten another truck.
