We were not shown our contract and were told to sign what was a “authorization”. Our estimate of $160 ballooned to over $600 when the billed arrived. Underhanding, unethical business practices. As regular travelers, I will never use again

Despite calling in advance to confirm details of any reason I wouldn’t be able to get vehicle I was told at the location of yet another reason why I wasn’t able to rent a vehicle that could have been mentioned during both calls I made.
