Pros (+) Comfortable, clean and private. The staff treats you very well and the concierge level includes breakfast and cocktails at night.
Cons (-) The cleaning crew left piles of linen on the hallway floor as they were going from room to room. You had to navigate around the piles of linen which was rather odd. We asked the front desk to make up our room and drop off fresh towels. Instead, they just dumped towels on the ground by our door.
