Terrible! They didn’t like that I got rooms through kayak! They wouldn’t let me stay another night because I had cash! Which is a legal tender! They put me on a floor that was being renovated! Walls were tore up! Just a terrible experience! Especially since I was making Alaska my home! The cleaning people were the nicest people there. And the the shuttle guys. Pros (+) Good breakfast.
Cons (-) Workers take smoke breaks right outside the guest windows of some room so you wake up the the stench of nicotine if you have the window open. This was reported to the front desk in a written note but sadly no reply from management.

Pros (+) Location near airport with seaplanes nearby. Shuttle to downtown and airport. Animals in lobby.
Cons (-) Lobby and hotel room were incredibly warm upon arrival. No lock on bathroom door is not convenient with toddlers.
