Cons (-) The hotel was booked online, but when we arrived to check in there was no available room. The online booking service continued to book rooms when there were none available. The hotel staff essentially told us sorry about our luck there was nothing else that could be done. Cons (-) I booked my room and then when I walked into the room it looked as if the sheets were used and someone was already using that bed so I went back and asked for a different room that was much better.
