Pros (+) Cheap, convenient location, only 5 mins from downtown GR. Room was clean, bed was comfy.
Cons (-) Staff on their phones constantly, very unprofessional. Breakfast ends at 9am, which is absurd when everywhere else it goes until at least 10am or 11am.

Cons (-) I usually like Super8 for a clean and affordable stay. This hotel disappointed. The hallway smelled bad - I think the carpets need replacing. The room was not well cleaned - had a shirt hanging behind the door, some dirty fixtures. The whole place looks old - could use an update. Surprising given it was not a great price.
