Pros (+) Lots of comfy fluffy pillows on the beds; very clean.
Cons (-) I’m currently disabled & when I asked that a chair be placed in the lobby so I could sit down the front desk attendant curtly told me they can’t have “chairs” d/t COVID b/c of “social distancing”. I responded that I was having a lot of pain standing & that one chair wouldn’t gather people. Her response was it would & I should take it up withbthe owners. Pros (+) Hotel was adequate for a two day stay. Complementary breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Checked in Friday evening, room trash containers had not beem emptied from previous occupant. On Saturday, the room was not made up at all that day. Front desk was sympathetic but results were unresponsive.

Pros (+) Comfortable, goodnight rest. Great area to exercise our dog. Our dog loves to play ball, much needed on a 1300 miles plus road trip.

Pros (+) Lobby was decorated beautifully. Recently renovated but it just doesn't seem like it'll continue to be well maintained. Didn't feel clean or welcoming.
Cons (-) Staff didn't do anything specifically wrong, but it just seemed like they didn't care. Room/lobby smelled weird at first. Tons of flies and ants that were gathering around an empty cookie container at the front desk.
