Pros (+) Comfortable bed. Close to expressway. Coffee in room.
Cons (-) Mildew on shower curtain. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bugs flying around. Spider webs. Found spider crawling across my bed in the morning. Sink needed repairs. Holes in walls from previous fixtures that weren't patched or covered.
