Pros (+) Nice pool area for kids. The bed was comfortable. Only acceptable hotel in the Wiliamsburg, IA area.
Cons (-) I reserved a suite expecting a sitting room separate from the bedroom (my understanding of "suite"). What I got was a room with a sofa. Granted, it was roomy, but I paid for a "suite". I later found that there are actual suites in the hotel. The desk clerk's excuse was that the hotel was full.
