Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) A clean room and beds. It was so bad we didnt even stay there. I had to find a different hotel.

Pros (+) The price was great and the size of the room was cool.
Cons (-) The room was unfinished and the minifridge was still in the box, not too big of a deal. It seemed like a couple of guys bought an old hotel and didn't finish renovating before they opened their doors. I still enjoyed my stay.
