Cons (-) We will not stay here again. Without going into too much detail, breakfast is bad, customer service is bad (the staff certainly is not trying to go above and beyond to make your start a pleasant experience, or to make you feel valued as a guest or person)

Pros (+) Clean and new and breakfast was fairly decent. The location is great too since the mall is across the parking lot.
Cons (-) The bed was very very hard, there are only king beds, and there is only one ice machine located on the first floor in the lobby.
