Pros (+) Bed was excellent! Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Pillows were also great.
Cons (-) The HVAC/heater was the older style, with the thermostat and blower dials on the unit itself. It was noisy, and continually cycled on and off all night. I am a light sleeper, but thankfully I had brought foam earplugs, which worked out fine for me. My wife was fine without them. The staff were excellent!
