Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the room was SO clean! The staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
Cons (-) The location on right on route 1 is a little noisy. The porch lights were left on all night and the curtains on the sliding glass door weren't blackout, so our room was illuminated all night....

Pros (+) Beautiful room, decorated in elegant and fresh style. Pretty quiet, very clean and super comfortable. Traffic noise didn't bother us at all, especially with the AC on. We wished we were able to stay more than one night! Close enough to walk to the beach and if you're not used to walking, a trolley stop nearby. Definitely want to stay here again the next time we come up to Maine.
Cons (-) Wished they offered pastries or fruit in the mornings, though they probably don't because the Maine Diner is so close.
