Cons (-) After making our online reservation (and pre-paying, mind you), we arrived in the evening to be told that they would not respect our Kayak Reservation and could not give us a room. After pleading and pleading, they only offered us a room which was more expensive. I can now see how they operate their business. They put cheap prices online and let you book them.
