The people were great! The place was not very clean and the breakfast was terrible! The sausages tasted like they were steamed and the eggs were grainy!

Cons (-) We traveled with a group of people. There are 2 quality inns with vestal NY on them. So we were booked at a different hotel then our group. We booked through kayak and couldn’t transfer to the other quality inn where our friends were. We ended up staying at the other hotel and not this room but still had to pay for it. I can’t answer how the hotel was because we didn’t actually use it but the staf...

Pros (+) The room was clean and well dressed. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) All the doors closed loudly. My neighbors opening there door sounded like they were opening mine. I was also near the door for the stairs so between my neighbors who kept coming and going from their room throughout the night and people using the stairs I had trouble sleeping.
