Room was clean, comfortable, good breakfast, very dog-friendly. Great pool and hot tub hours and exercise room was open until midnight (thank you!). Only complaint was that the wifi was spotty in our room (would work sometimes but other times would drop the connection) but the staff reset the router and did everything they could to improve it. Pros (+) The continental breakfast and cheap price were about the only highlights.
Cons (-) The uncomfy bed, the bathroom is far too small. The pool was freezing, even for my four year old who can swim for hours. The hot tub was also freezing. Found out later it was broken.

Pros (+) It was clean and confortable. The pool was fun and the restaurant was excellent. It was well worth the money.
Cons (-) I heard lots of footsteps from the room above us. Not sure if the floor/ceiling is thin or if the occupants were very loud when walking.

Cons (-) they ran a vacuum right below our room at 5:00 am. I could have saved $20 by booking with them directly so I won't use booking.com again

Pros (+) We have stayed at the Marriott's and the Ramada Inn in Vernal. This was the best of those three. Beds where comfy Building is old but the rooms were clean. Place is quiet with good place to park our truck and trailer. The swain brothers is a great place to eat on location.
Cons (-) air conditioner was not cold enough for us. it was old and out dated
