Pros (+) I booked for 2 but they said I only booked for 1 and I needed to pay 30 euros more, I asked for what reason would I need to pay more for and the answer was for 1 pillow and towel. The room was the same and my New York answer was a No Way. If you give me a bigger room no problem which was a no we don't have any. They finally agreed and I went to my room but be aware check your reservation carefully...
