Mostly a good experience. Room and food were nice. I liked the option to order food off menu. Felt staff was snippy at times. Room service didn’t do what they were supposed to do. Every two days the towels, shampoo, conditioner,etc were supposed to be replenished and bed was supposed to be made. This wasn’t done and even on one day the towels were removed. Pros (+) Bed was comfortable. Shower was workable and efficient
Cons (-) No housekeeping after 3 pm. No manager on duty the entire weekend. Was given a room with melted ice in the ice bucket. Bacon at breakfast was rancid.
