Pros (+) I came to Tozeur not knowing much about what to do or how to get around and the staff were incredibly helpful in making my vacation stress free. They went as far as setting up camel rides for me and offering me cheap tours to all the sites around Tozeur. Cons (-) When I arrived I hadn't realized my room didn't have an air conditioner, and I was slightly disappointed. You have to pay an extra 5 euros a night for that. However, the staff are more than willing to change your room for you if you need to.
