Pros (+) We stayed in room 5. It had a kitchen area with a table and couch, and a separate bedroom with 2 double beds and two chairs. TVs in both rooms! Very clean, looked newly painted, floors looked new also, shower pressure was amazing! Very conveniently located, close to everything, quiet. Owner was very nice, we arrived on Father's Day, and he let us check in early. Value for the money was fantastic.
Cons (-) Only downsides I could see: toilet was a little loose when you sat down, toilet seat had chipped paint, could be replaced. TV remote didn't work great. WiFi was spotty. No breakfast. Such minor details, tho, we were only there for one night and were sightseeing.
