Pros (+) The woman at the front desk was very nice and apologetic.

Cons (-) We showed up to a hotel that was full of construction. I couldn't tell the we were even there because the entrance was blocked due to roadwork. Once inside, it looked really nice. I thought it could be alright. All of the bungallows looked really cool. We checked in and got our key. They led us across the street to a building with rooms that we're a little disappointing. There were stagnant ponds ...
