Cons (-) A/C in our room was broke, super hot. The outlets over the TV didn't work and those where the only ones in the room. Dirty vents in the bathroom that you could see the lent. The place needs a deep spring cleaning. Might say Sheraton but it's a holiday inn. Pros (+) The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. I would have liked a view of Tennessee street, but the parking lot view wasn't horrible.
